Thank You Salida!!
KHEN 106.9 would like to give a great big THANK YOU to all of Salida for helping us make our Sixth Birthday Bash the best one ever! We had perhaps a hundred people come out and help us celebrate turning six years old! Salida has supported us and kept us on the air. We saw this as a chance to give back and say “Thanks!”
A great big “Thank you” to Safeway for donating our wonderful cake and other supplies. Thank you to Walmart for a gift card and thank you to the band Avant Garage for groovin’ with us all night long. Thank you to the Elks Club for letting us use their fabulous facilities. Thank you to the Salida Circus for providing additional entertainment that all the kids loved, young and old. Thanks to all our our volunteers for contributing deviled eggs, chicken wings and lots more yummies we all enjoyed. We would be NOTHING without our incredible volunteers! Thank you to all of those who participated in KHEN’s Silent Auction. Your auction items can be picked up at the KHEN station M-F, 10am-2pm, call us at 539-1069.
